We’re looking for 🧙‍♂️ :

We are looking for a Property Management Senior Associate to help launch and lead our new property management operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in real estate operations, excellent financial acumen, and the autonomy to build processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building communities (polykatoikies), ensuring their financial health and operational smooth running. This is a hands-on role that balances office-based financial management and client interaction.

What you‘ll do 🎯:

  • Financial Management: Calculate, issue, and distribute monthly common expense bills (koinochrista). Manage the building’s financial fund (tamio), execute payments to contractors/utilities, and handle collections from residents.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate technical teams, cleaning crews, and external contractors for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular on-site visits to inspect building conditions, verify completed works, and identify maintenance needs.
  • Process Setup: As this is a new department, you will play a key role in setting up operational workflows, establishing best practices, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and internal tools.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for building residents and owners, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

You bring 🥇:

  • Experience in Real Estate: Proven experience in Real Estate Operations, Property Management, or Facility Management.
  • Strong Numeracy & Excel Skills: You are comfortable with numbers, budgeting, and financial reconciliation, and you possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: You are self-motivated and capable of working independently to structure a new department and solve problems on the fly.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to handle relationships with tenants, owners, and external vendors.
  • Mobility: Willingness to perform on-site visits to buildings (valid driver’s license is a plus).
  • Education (Not Mandatory): Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a relevant field.
