Facility Management Policy

Top Management is committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an effective Facility Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard International Organization for Standardization ISO 41001. The Company recognizes that Facility Management contributes strategically and operationally to the achievement of organizational objectives, operational continuity, customer satisfaction and sustainable organizational performance.

To achieve these commitments, the Company shall:

• Ensure that the Facility Management System supports the strategic direction and objectives of the organization.
• Provide facility management services that consistently meet customer, legal, regulatory and contractual
  requirements.
• Identify and address the needs and expectations of customers, tenants, owners, users and other interested parties.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, safety and functionality of facilities, infrastructure and supporting services.
• Establish and maintain effective processes for the management of risks, opportunities and business continuity.\
• Promote a customer-focused approach and enhance customer and service recipient satisfaction.
• Provide the necessary human, technological, financial and operational resources for the effective operation of the FacilityManagement System.
• Ensure that employees, contractors and external providers are competent, appropriately trained and aware of their responsibilities.
• Support effective communication, knowledge management and control of documented information.
• Monitor, measure and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of facility management processes and services through defined performance indicators.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Facility Management System.
• Address nonconformities through corrective actions and promote continual improvement of processes, services and system performance.
• Promote sustainable facility management practices, efficient resource utilization and environmentally responsible operations.
• Maintain safe, secure and healthy facilities for employees, customers, contractors, visitors and all relevant interested parties.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations related to facility management activities performance

This Policy is communicated throughout the organization, made available to relevant interested parties, maintained as documented information and periodically reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability and alignment with the strategic direction of the Company.
