We’re looking for 🧙‍♂️ :

As we are expanding in more countries we  are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to join our team and lead our Sales and Customer Success teams in Greece and Cyprus. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, leading teams in a similar role, and is passionate about providing an excellent experience across customer lifecycle.

What you‘ll do 🎯:

  • Lead sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting processes
  • Oversee day to day operations of the Sales and Customer Success reps, provide guidance and remove roadblocks as needed
  • Monitor performance of Sales in terms of conversion from prospect and freemium to paying customers and implement improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement processes for lead generation from partners in cooperation with Marketing
  • Forge and manage relationships with key accounts
  • Design end-to-end customer journeys from initial sale and onboarding to upselling, cross-selling and support of customer inquiries
  • Define needs in tools for company representatives, assess potential solutions and implement selected tools
  • Design, implement, track and enhance business support processes
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product for customer needs and assist in product roadmap prioritization

You have 🥇:

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant sales management roles
  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written communications
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop and implement new strategies
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
  • Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
  • Advanced technology skills to utilise CRM, spreadsheets and database software tools in daily tasks

Nice to have 🌟:

  • Experience working in high-growth startups
  • Experience in relevant industries e.g. Real Estate, Building Management, Property Management
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM is a plus
