What are my options for building management services and management/ issuance of service charges through Billys?
Each building has the following options
- Self-management: The building manager or building management committee handle all the tasks related to the building, including payments to service providers and the issuance and collection of common expenses internally.
- Service charges issuance service: The building manager or building management committee handle all tasks related to the building internally, but outsource the issuance and delivery of printed service charges to a third-party company. The payments collection is still done internally.
- Assign building management to a third-party company: All tasks related to the building, including payments to service providers and the issuance and collection of service charges, are assigned to a third-party company.
You can use Billys to replace the service charges issuance service or as a self-management tool or you can choose to assign building management externally to a building management company collaborating with Billys.
