Does a general meeting need to be held to assign the building management to a partner of Billys?

In order to assign the building management management, a general meeting needs to be convened and the decision must be signed by the required percentage of owners based on the articles of association – usually a majority is needed, i.e. 501 permilles. Then a meeting of the building manager with the company representative is scheduled in the building.
